Amended Class Action Complaint (ECF No. 118), and any exhibits attached thereto, IT IS 
HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion (ECF No. 114) is GRANTED.1 
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to TERMINATE 
the case as it pertains to Defendant CPLC.

1 On December 5, 2023, we dismissed Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (“CPLC”) from this lawsuit. See 
ECF No. 93. Plaintiffs subsequently amended their complaint to incorporate plaintiffs and their 
claims from Drevnak v. Prestamos (23-cv-02777). Some such claim from Drevnak was against 
CPLC. To preserve their appellate rights against CPLC, Plaintiffs included these claims against 
CPLC in the Third Amended Complaint. Their appellate rights notwithstanding, our December 5, 
2023 order and its reasoning applies equally to the recently incorporated claims.
