device to evade a urine screen.  On July 29, 2024, conditions of probation 
modified to require the defendant to participate in a term of home detention 
with GPS monitoring for a period of 90 days.

Violation of modified condition: The offender, Malik Breckenridge, 
shall submit to random urinalysis or any drug screening method 
whenever the same is deemed appropriate by the probation officer and  
shall participate in a substance abuse program as directed by the 
probation officer. Offender shall not use any method or device to evade 
a drug screen: 
 
On October 7, 2024, the offender was enrolled on the random urinalysis 
hotline through the Court’s local contracted treatment provider. The 
offender has failed to attend any urinalysis tests at the contracted provider
