‭deadlines‬ ‭(ECF‬ ‭130)‬ ‭and‬‭2)‬‭Defendant’s‬‭Motion‬‭to‬‭Modify‬‭her‬‭Release‬‭Conditions‬
‭(ECF 129 - attached to a Motion to Seal).‬
‭2.‬ ‭The‬ ‭Defendant‬ ‭lives‬ ‭in‬ ‭Brooklyn,‬ ‭New‬ ‭York,‬ ‭works‬ ‭full‬ ‭time,‬ ‭and‬ ‭does‬ ‭not‬ ‭have‬
‭sufficient‬ ‭income‬ ‭to‬ ‭make‬ ‭the‬ ‭trip‬ ‭for‬ ‭what‬ ‭is‬ ‭believed‬ ‭to‬ ‭be‬ ‭a‬ ‭relatively‬ ‭short‬
‭hearing.‬
‭3.‬ ‭The‬ ‭Defendant‬ ‭is‬ ‭willing‬ ‭to‬ ‭appear‬ ‭via‬ ‭call‬ ‭in‬ ‭or‬ ‭via‬ ‭video‬ ‭conference‬ ‭should‬‭the‬
‭Court allow.‬

‭does‬ ‭not‬ ‭believe‬ ‭it‬ ‭is‬ ‭necessary‬ ‭to‬ ‭do‬ ‭so‬ ‭if‬ ‭she‬ ‭appears‬ ‭via‬ ‭telephone‬ ‭or‬ ‭video‬
‭conference,‬ ‭but‬ ‭out‬ ‭of‬ ‭an‬ ‭abundance‬ ‭of‬ ‭caution‬ ‭she‬ ‭is‬ ‭willing‬ ‭to‬ ‭waive.‬ ‭Waiver‬
‭attached hereto.‬
