ORDER 
 
At Charleston, on February 20, 2025, came the United States by Justin Marlowe, Assistant 
United States Attorney, and came the Defendant in person and by court-appointed counsel, Connor 
Robertson, CJA Panel Attorney, for the purpose of an Initial Appearance and the Arraignment 
Hearing on Superseding Indictment. Also present was Kiara Carper, Senior United States 
Probation Officer. 
 
The Court informed the Defendant of the charges in the case, of her right to counsel, and 
of matters relating to conditions of release. The Court further informed the Defendant that she was 
not required to make a statement and that any statement made by the Defendant may be used 
against her. 
 
The Court found the Defendant qualified for court-appointed counsel based upon the 
financial affidavit and ORDERED Connor Robertson, CJA Panel Attorney, is appointed as 
counsel to represent the Defendant. 
 
Immediately following the Initial Appearance, an Arraignment was held, and the 
Arraignment Order and Standard Discovery Requests was completed and filed.

The United States did not seek detention in this matter. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED 
that the Defendant is released on a Ten Thousand Dollar unsecured Appearance Bond and Order 
Setting Conditions of Release as outlined under separate order.  
 
The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to provide a copy of this Order to the Defendant and her 
counsel; to the Assistant United States Attorney; to the United States Probation Office; and to the 
Office of the United States Marshal.
