Violation of condition 7(m): The defendant must not use or unlawfully 
possess a narcotic drug or other controlled substances defined in 21 
U.S.C. § 802, unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner: 
 
On March 10, 2025, the defendant provided a urine specimen that tested 
positive for marijuana. 
 
On April 14, 2025, the defendant provided a urine specimen that tested 
positive for marijuana. 
 
 
U.S. Probation Officer Action:   
 
Ms. Sutton is currently being supervised in the Eastern District of New York. On March 10 and 
April 14, 2025, Ms. Sutton tested positive for marijuana. The supervising officer questioned Ms. 
Sutton about any new use of illegal substances. Ms. Sutton denied any new use of marijuana or 
any other illegal substances. Ms. Sutton has a medical marijuana card but has been instructed to 
cease all use of marijuana substances. At this time, the Eastern District of New York is requesting 
no action and will continue to monitor the situation with additional drug tests.  
 
The probation officer respectfully recommends continuing the offender on supervision. All future 
noncompliance will be reported to the Court.   
 
Count One: Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 1344 and 1349 - Conspiracy to 
Commit Bank Fraud 
 
Counts Two through Ten: Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 1344 and 2 - Aiding 
and Abetting Bank Fraud
