Violation of condition 7(m): The defendant must not use or unlawfully 
possess a narcotic drug or other controlled substances defined in 21 
U.S.C. § 802, unless prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner: 
 
On February 24, 2025, the defendant provided a urine specimen that tested 
positive for cannabinoids. 
 
U.S. Probation Officer Action:   
 
On February 24, 2025, Ms. Sutton disclosed to the supervising probation officer in the Eastern 
District of New York that she is experiencing significant ongoing grief from her father's death in 
April, expressing that she hasn't felt "right ever since." This loss was compounded by her recent 
arrest and jail experience, creating a serious mental health challenge. She disclosed that she has 
been having panic attacks every night. Ms. Sutton has a medical marijuana card but has been 
instructed to cease all use of marijuana substances. Following the modification of conditions 
signed by the Court on March 6, 2025, Ms. Sutton was referred for a mental health assessment to 
address the noted concerns. At this time, the Eastern District of New York is requesting no action 
and will continue to monitor the situation with additional drug tests.  
 
The probation officer respectfully recommends continuing the offender on supervision. All future 
noncompliance will be reported to the Court.   
 
Count One: Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 1344 and 1349 - Conspiracy to 
Commit Bank Fraud 
 
Counts Two through Ten: Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 1344 and 2 - Aiding
