ORDER 
At Charleston, on March 17, 2025, came the Defendant, Damisha Brown, in person and by 
court-appointed counsel, Clayton T. Harkins, CJA Panel Attorney, and came the United States by 
Jonathan Storage, Assistant United States Attorney, for the purpose of an Arraignment Hearing on 
Superseding Indictment. Also present was Whitney Brame, United States Probation Officer 
Assistant. 
The Arraignment was held, and the Arraignment Order and Standard Discovery Requests 
was completed and filed. 
The Defendant will remain free on the same Order Setting Conditions of Release and 
Appearance Bond entered on March 3, 2025 (ECF Doc. 122 Rule 5(c)(3) Documents).  
The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to provide a copy of this Order to the Defendant and her 
counsel; to the Assistant United States Attorney; to the United States Probation Office; and to the 
Office of the United States Marshal.
