ORDER 
The Court was notified by the United States Attorney’s Office that the Defendant was 
arrested on March 3, 2025, in the District of New Jersey on an Indictment/Superseding Indictment 
filed in the Southern District of West Virginia and placed on bond. The undersigned will hold an 
Arraignment Hearing on said Superseding Indictment on March 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in 
Charleston – District Courtroom 5000. 
It is ORDERED Clayton T. Harkins, CJA Panel Attorney, is appointed to represent the 
Defendant in this matter pursuant to the completed financial affidavit (ECF Doc. 123). 
The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to send a copy of this Order to the Defendant and her 
counsel; to the Assistant United States Attorney; to the United States Probation Office; and to the 
Office of the United States Marshal.
