O R D E R  
On July 25, 2023, the Court granted Defendant Harrescia Hopkins’ 
motion to continue the date of her surrender to begin serving the custodial 
portion of her sentence.  (Doc. 40.)  Currently before the Court is Ms. Hopkins’ 
motion to further extend her surrender date to October 2, 2023.  (Doc. 42.)  The 
Government does not oppose Defendant’s request for a continuance.   (Id. at 2.)   
After due consideration, the motion is hereby GRANTED.  Defendant 
shall be permitted to voluntarily surrender and begin serving her sentence no 
earlier than October 2, 2023.  The US Marshals Service is DIRECTED to notify 
Defendant of her new service date, such date to be set no earlier than October
