O R D E R  
On July 5, 2023, the U.S. Marshals Service notified Defendant Harrescia 
Hopkins that she is to voluntarily surrender on July 28, 2023, to begin serving 
the custodial portion of her sentence.  (Doc. 37.)   This matter is before the 
Court on Defendant’s pro se request to continue the date of her surrender.  
(Doc. 38.)   The Government has advised the Court that it has no opposition to 
Defendant’s request for a continuance.  After due consideration, the motion is 
hereby GRANTED.  Defendant shall be permitted to voluntarily surrender 
and begin serving her sentence no earlier than August 11, 2023.  The US 
Marshals Service is DIRECTED to notify Defendant of her new surrender 
date, such date to be set no earlier than August 11, 2023.
