IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. HARRESCIA HOPKINS Criminal Action No. 1:22-CR-284-SEG ORDER ON RESTITUTION It is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT defendant Harrescia Hopkins shall make restitution to the victim, United States Small Business Administration, in the amount of $46,004.04, which shall be payable in full immediately. If restitution is not paid in full immediately, the defendant shall make restitution payments from any wages the defendant may earn in prison in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons Financial Responsibility Program. Any portion of the restitution that is not paid in full at the time of the defendant’s release from imprisonment shall become a condition of supervision. Any balance that remains unpaid at the commencement of supervision shall commence within 60 days after release from imprisonment on the following terms: payable at a rate of no less than $250 monthly to U.S. District Court Clerk. The defendant must notify the Court of any changes in economic circumstances that might affect the ability to pay this financial penalty. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the defendant shall notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of mailing or residence address that occurs while any portion of the restitution remains unpaid. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT any payment schedule in this Order shall not preclude enforcement of the restitution judgment by the United States Attorney pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 3613 and 3664(m).
