MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL 
 
 
COMES NOW, Undersigned Counsel, BENJAMIN ALPER, and respectfully 
moves this Court to withdraw as counsel for Defendant in this case. In support of this 
Motion, undersigned counsel shows as follows: 
1. 
 
I was retained to represent Defendant through her sentencing hearing and my 
representation of Defendant does not extend to post-conviction matters.  Further, 
Defendant has not fulfilled her obligations under her Representation Agreement with me.  
Therefore, I respectfully request that I be allowed to withdraw as counsel for Defendant 
in this matter.

I have informed Defendant of my intention to file this Motion and advised her of 
her options for obtaining new counsel should she need counsel for any additional matters.

WHEREFORE, for all the foregoing reasons, I respectfully request that I be 
allowed to withdraw from representing Defendant in this matter further.
