The United States hereby provides the following notice regarding defendant 
Evan Edwards’s voluntary surrender date:

Pursuant to this Court’s Order (Doc.145), BOP has set the new voluntary 
surrender date for Evan Edwards as May 15, 2024 by 2:00 p.m. 
2. 
The designated facility remains FMC Devens.  
WHEREFORE, the United States hereby provides notice that the defendant’s 
voluntary surrender date set by BOP is now May 15, 2024.
