NOTICE OF MODIFIED VOLUNTARY SURRENDER DATE 
 
 
The United States, hereby provides the following notice regarding defendant 
Evan Edwards’s voluntary surrender date:   
1. 
BOP had previously provided a voluntary surrender date of April 8, 
2024. See Doc. 138.  
2. 
However, on March 27, 2024, BOP notified USMS that the surrender 
date has been modified to April 9, 2024 by 2:00 pm. The designated facility remains 
FMC Devens.  
WHEREFORE, the United States hereby provides notice that the 
defendant’s voluntary surrender date set by BOP is now April 9, 2024.
