The United States of America, in accordance with this Court’s Order (Doc. 136) 
hereby notifies the Court and parties of the following:

The defendant, Evan Edwards, is designated to the following institution:

Ayer, MA 01432 
 
2. 
FMC Devens has set a voluntary surrender date of April 8, 2024 by 2:00pm.  
According to the Notice of Voluntary Surrender, a copy of which is attached hereto, Evan 
Edwards must self-surrender to FMC Devens by that date and time.  
WHEREFORE, the United States complies with this Court’s order and submits 
notice of designation to FMC Devens and a voluntary surrender date of April 8, 2024.
