ORDER
This matter comes before the Court on the Government’s motion regarding
the failure of the Defendant to provide medical information necessary to allow the
United States Marshal to transport the Defendant for mental health treatment
pursuant to this Court’s earlier Orders. This matter is time sensitive due to the
shortage of appropriate treatment facilities and the logistics related to
accommodating Defendant’s medical needs.
Because required information has not been forthcoming from Defendant’s
third party custodian Mary Jane Edwards and no satisfactory explanation for the
lack of information has been presented, Mary Jane Edwards is ORDERED TO
APPEAR at the United States Courthouse, 401 West Central Blvd,. Orlando
Florida, Courtroom 6D at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday May 8, 2024 and provide
explanation regarding the necessary medical information.
Defendant and Mrs. Edwards are cautioned that failure to appear or
failure to provide adequate information in a timely manner may result in

revocation of Defendant’s release status or such other orders as may be
necessary for this matter to proceed without further delay.
Counsel for Defendant is DIRECTED to provide a copy of this Order to Mary
Jane Edwards forthwith and to file a notice of such provision.
