NOTICE OF DEFENDANT’S  
COMPLIANCE WITH COURT ORDER [DKT. 167] 
 
COMES NOW, the Defendant, Evan Edwards, by and through the 
undersigned counsel, and in compliance with this Court’s Order dated May 7, 2024, 
[Dkt. 167] hereby states as follows: 
 
1. 
On May 7, 2024, this Court entered an Order requiring the undersigned 
to provide a copy of the same to the Defendant’s custodian, Mary Jane Edwards 
forthwith and file a notice of such provision.  Dkt. 167. 
 
2. 
As the Court is aware, the undersigned is trial counsel in an on-going 
multiple party state-level jury trial.  Consequently, a member of the undersigned’s 
staff electronically transmitted a copy of the same to the Defendant’s custodian 
immediately upon the entry of the Order.

In further compliance with the same, a member of the office of the 
undersigned confirmed telephonically, at 2:11 p.m., EDT, with Ms. Edwards her: (1) 
receipt, (2) review, and (3) full comprehension of the contents of the Order. 
WHEREFORE, the Defendant, Evan Edwards, hereby submits the instant 
Notice of Compliance.
