Upon consideration of Defendant BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.’s (BANA) 
Motion to Seal Documents Filed in Reply in Support of its Motion to Exclude the 
Purported Expert Opinions of Jane Cloninger and the documents at issue, the Court 
concludes that compelling reasons exist to seal the documents. Accordingly the Court 
GRANTS BANA’s Motion to Seal the following:

Portions of BANA’s Reply in Support of its Motion to Exclude the

2.
