start at Bank of America?

May 2011.

I believe it was 
And in 2020 what was your role? 
2020 I was running a wholesale operations 
and wholesale technology and operations for the 
international businesses. 
So pretty much everything 
wholesale nonconsumer.

And how did you get involved in the prepaid 
card issue in 2020? 
A 
I got involved in t he prepaid card issue 
because they asked me to take over running the call 
centers for the unemployment benefits programs.

And around when was that? 
It was definitely in 
in early pandemic. 
I would say best recollection is probably sometime 
late summer or mid summer.

initiation call center wait lines were pretty long,
