I reached out to folks in the cyber

and fraud team, and then we started talking with

the product management team in GTS. And through

engagement with them, they asked us to do more in

the way of identifying what the risk was and

things that we could do to stop it.

Q. And initially, the scenario you just

described, the concern was that there were

individuals who were using stolen identities to
13
engage in unemployment insurance benefits

enrollment fraud; correct?

A. Correct.

Q. And so that was the problem that GFC

was brought in to try to analyze?

A. Correct.
