On October 17, 2025, Plaintiff filed a motion to exclude certain testimony of 
Victor Stango, (Dkt. No. 571), and a motion to exclude testimony of Carl Pry.  (Dkt. No. 
574.)  Because both Daubert motions do not appear to be related to the pending motion 
for partial summary judgment,1 the Court DENIES Plaintiff’s motions to exclude the

1 This Court’s scheduling orders generally provide that, “All other pretrial motions, including those 
addressing Daubert issues related to dispositive motions must be filed” by the pretrial motions deadline.
