5. Your Responsibility for Authorized Card Account Use and Negative Balances. 
Use of Card and PIN. Your Card and P!N are provided for your u~-e and

Authorized Use of Card. If you authorize someone e!se to use your Card or f)IN,

us that the person is no !anger authorized to use your Card 
Negative Balances. The amount available on your Card will be reduced

16. Amendment/Termination. 
Amendments. We rnay at any tirne. change the terms and conditions in this 
Agreement, including H·:e 3mmmt of any fee. We may add new terms and 
condit:ons and we ma', dE:lete or amend existing te1·ms and cond:tions. We 
generally send you at ·least 21 days· advance nOt:ce of an adverse change. 
including !ncrease,j fees to you. increased liability for you, fewer t/pt:-s of 
available electronic funcl transfers, or stricter limitations on tt1e frequency er 
dollar a1T:ou11t of tra11sf(::rs. if ~1 change is r:ot adver~e to vou, ho·Never, we rriav

Our Closure or Suspension of Your Account. We may close or suspend your
