Motion for Class Certification: 
1. A true and correct copy of the public version of the Cardholder Agreement, 
Exhibit 22 to the Declaration of Laura Brys in Support of Defendant’s 
Opposition to Plaintiffs Motion for Class Certification (“Brys 
Declaration”), is attached hereto as Exhibit 22. 
2. A true and correct copy of the public version of the Letter to the California 
State Auditor, Jan. 11, 2021, Exhibit 90 to the Brys Declaration, is attached 
hereto as Exhibit 90. 
Pursuant to Defendant’s Motion to Seal (ECF 347) and the Proposed Order 
filed therewith, Defendant does not seek to seal Exhibits 22 or 90, and did not redact 
any references to Exhibits 22 or 90 in the papers that Defendant filed in Opposition 
to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification (ECF 350).
