Before the Court is Defendant’s fully briefed motion to seal documents in support 
of motion for class certification.  (Dkt. No. 328, 341, 344.)  Among other things, 
Defendant seeks to seal Exhibits 74 and 147, the Remediation Plan and Addendums 
pursuant to the Consent Orders of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (“OCC”) 
and Consumer Financial Protection Bureaus (“CFPB”).  The regulators’ bases for having 
these documents filed under seal were not provided to the Court.  In its reply, Defendant 
offers to submit the regulators’ letters to the Court, if it desires.  (Dkt. No. 344 at 10 n. 7.)  
Accordingly, the Court directs Defendant to file, under seal, the regulatory letters that
