EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REPLY 
PAPERS AND SUA SPONTE CONTINUING 
DEADLINE [ECF NO. 259] 
 
On February 14, 2024, Plaintiff Lindsay McClure (“Plaintiff”) filed an Ex Parte 
Motion seeking an order compelling non-party TTEC Government Solutions, LLC 
(“TTEC”) to comply with a subpoena.  (ECF No. 220.)  The following day, the Court issued 
a briefing schedule for the motion.  (ECF No. 221.)  TTEC timely filed its Response on 
February 23, 2024.  (ECF No. 222.)  Now pending before the Court is the parties’ Joint 
Motion for Extension of Time to File Reply Papers (hereinafter, “Joint Motion”).  (See 
ECF No. 259.)  The Court previously granted extensions of time for this discovery dispute 
on March 1, 2024, and March 12, 2024.  (See ECF Nos. 228 & 239.)   
In the instant Joint Motion, Plaintiff explains that Plaintiff’s motion to compel and 
TTEC’s opposition have “led to productive meet and confer discussions . . . [and] the 
production of substantial materials.”  (ECF No. 259 at 2.)  The parties believe additional 
discussions regarding the production of documents are “likely to lead to a near

complete resolution of the present discovery dispute.”  (Id.)  They request the deadline 
to file reply papers be continued from April 5, 2024, to April 29, 2024.  Finding good 
cause, the Court GRANTS the Joint Motion.  The deadline for Plaintiff to file a Reply is 
SUA SPONTE CONTINUED to May 10, 2024.  Plaintiff is ORDERED to serve TTEC with a 
copy of this Order.
