17 On February 14, 2024, Plaintiff Lindsay McClure (“Plaintiff”) filed an Ex Parte
18 Motion seeking an order compelling non-party TTEC Government Solutions, LLC
19 (“TTEC”) to comply with a subpoena. (ECF No. 220.) On February 15, 2024, counsel for
20 TTEC contacted the undersigned chambers and requested additional time to respond.
21 TTEC is ORDERED to respond to the Ex Parte Motion no later than February 23, 2024.
22 Plaintiff may reply no later than March 1, 2024. Plaintiff is ORDERED to serve TTEC with
23 a copy of the Ex Parte Motion and this Order.
24 IT IS SO ORDERED.
