ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION FOR 
EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REPLY 
PAPERS AND SUA SPONTE CONTINUING 
DEADLINE [ECF NO. 237] 
 
On February 14, 2024, Plaintiff Lindsay McClure (“Plaintiff”) filed an Ex Parte 
Motion seeking an order compelling non-party TTEC Government Solutions, LLC 
(“TTEC”) to comply with a subpoena.  (ECF No. 220.)  The following day, the Court issued 
a briefing schedule for the motion.  (ECF No. 221.)  TTEC timely filed its Response on 
February 23, 2024.  (ECF No. 222.)  Now pending before the Court is the parties’ Joint 
Motion for Extension of Time to File Reply Papers (hereinafter, “Joint Motion”).  (See 
ECF No. 237.)  The Court previously granted an unopposed motion for an extension of 
time on March 1, 2024.  (See ECF No. 228.)  In the instant Joint Motion, Plaintiff 
reiterates that meet and confer discussions between counsel “seem likely to lead to at 
least a partial, and perhaps a complete, resolution of the present discovery dispute.”  
(ECF No. 237 at 2.)  Plaintiff explains that an outstanding question of the discovery 
dispute is “the types and completeness of data and other information that were

transferred from TTEC to Bank of America during the relevant time period.”  (Id.)  To 
allow for continued discussions, the parties request that the current deadline to file a 
Reply be continued from March 11, 2024, to March 20, 2024.  (Id.)   
Finding good cause, the Court GRANTS the Joint Motion.  The deadline for 
Plaintiff to file a Reply is SUA SPONTE CONTINUED to April 5, 2024.  Plaintiff is 
ORDERED to serve TTEC with a copy of this Order.
