MCCLURE’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR 
EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REPLY 
PAPERS [ECF NO. 227] 
 
On February 14, 2024, Plaintiff Lindsay McClure (“Plaintiff”) filed an Ex Parte 
Motion seeking an order compelling non-party TTEC Government Solutions, LLC 
(“TTEC”) to comply with a subpoena.  (ECF No. 220.)  The following day, the Court issued 
a briefing schedule for the motion.  (ECF No. 221.)  TTEC timely filed its Response on 
February 23, 2024.  (ECF No. 222.)  Now pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s 
Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Reply Papers (“Unopposed Motion”).  
(See ECF No. 227.)  Plaintiff explains that briefing has led to meet and confer discussions 
between counsel, which “seem likely to lead to at least a partial, and perhaps a 
complete, resolution of the present discovery dispute.”  (Id. at 2.)  Accordingly, Plaintiff 
requests that the current deadline to file a Reply be continued from March 1, 2024, to 
March 11, 2024.  (Id.)  TTEC does not oppose this request.  (Id.)

Finding good cause, the Court GRANTS the Unopposed Motion.  The deadline for 
Plaintiff to file a Reply is CONTINUED from March 1, 2024, to March 11, 2024.  Plaintiff 
is ORDERED to serve TTEC with a copy of this Order.   
IT IS SO ORDERED.
