      ORDER 
 
 
Upon consideration of the Defendant’s Consent Motion for Modification of Release 
Conditions, it is this ______ day of October 2022, hereby ORDERED that the motion is 
GRANTED.   
 
The condition that the Defendant submit to 24-hour home confinement is hereby removed 
and replaced with a curfew between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.  The Defendant shall 
continue to submit to electronic monitoring.    All other release conditions shall remain in full force
