Upon consideration of the Defendant’s Consent Motion to Temporarily Modify Conditions 
of Release, it is this _______ day of September 2022, hereby ordered that the motion is 
GRANTED. 
 
The Defendant is permitted to leave his residence on Sunday, September 25, 2022, between 
the hours of 12:00 p.m. and. 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of attending a birthday celebration for his 
minor daughter.  The defendant’s release is subject to the discretion and approval of his assigned 
pretrial supervision agent.  The Defendant’s regular release conditions shall resume at 7:00 p.m.
