      ORDER 
 
 
Upon consideration of the Defendant’s Consent Motion for Modification of Release 
Conditions, it is this ______ day of July 2022, hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED.   
 
The condition that the Defendant submit to a daily curfew is hereby removed.   The 
defendant shall submit to electronic monitoring via a stand-alone GPS monitoring device and 
follow all directives concerning use of the device provided by his assigned supervision agent.  All
