Upon consideration of the Defendant’s unopposed Motion for Temporary Release of 
Surrendered Passport it is this _____ day of April 2024, hereby ORDERED that the motion is 
GRANTED. 
It is further ORDERED: 
1) That the Clerk’s Office is authorized to access the surrendered passport of Mahmoud 
Sary and release it to him.   
2) The passport shall be returned to the Clerk’s Office no later than June 3, 2024.
