Upon consideration of the Defendant’s unopposed Motion Temporary Release of 
Surrendered Passport it is this _____ day of August 2022, hereby ORDERED that the motion is 
GRANTED. 
It is further ORDERED: 
1) That the Clerk’s Office is authorized to access the surrendered passport of Mahmoud 
Sary and release it to him for a period of 24 hours.   
2) The passport shall be returned to the Clerk’s Office within 24 hours of receipt.
