Upon consideration of the Defendant’s unopposed Motion for Access to Surrendered 
Passport it is this _____ day of August 2022, hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. 
It is further ORDERED: 
1) That the Clerk’s Office is authorized to access the surrendered passport of Mahmoud 
Sary. 
2) The Clerk’s Office is directed to photocopy the first page of the passport bearing 
Mahmoud Sary’s photograph and personal identifying information and the back page 
bearing the passport’s bar code and PPN. 
3) The Clerk’s Office is directed to provide those photocopies to the Defendant, his 
counsel, or Mahmoud Sary.
