Upon consideration of Defendant Bank of America, N.A.’s (BANA) Motion to
Seal Documents Filed in Support of its Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and
the documents at issue, the Court concludes that compelling reasons exist to seal the
documents. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS BANA’s Motion to Seal the following:
