The Joint Motion requesting that this Court consider Plaintiff’s Daubert motion to 
exclude certain testimony of Victor Stango in connection with Defendant’s summary 
judgment motion is GRANTED.  
Defendants shall have until February 5, 2026 to submit any opposition to 
Plaintiffs’ Daubert motion to exclude certain testimony of Stango. Plaintiffs shall have 
until February 20, 2026 to submit any reply.  
IT IS SO ORDERED.
