Upon consideration of Defendant Bank of America, N.A.’s (BANA) Motion to
Seal Documents Filed in Support of its Motion to Exclude the Expert Testimony of
David I. Levine (Motion to Seal) and the documents at issue, the Court concludes that
compelling reasons exist to seal the documents. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS
BANA’s Motion to Seal the following:
•
Portions of BANA’s Motion to Exclude the Expert Opinions of David
I. Levine;
•
Portions of the Appendex of Exhibits to BANA’s Motion to Exclude the
Expert Opinions David I. Levine;
•
Portions of the following exhibits to the Hoyle Declaration: HX 30, 34,
and 36, and
•
The following exhibits to the Hoyle Declaration in their entirety: HX 31,
37, and 38.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
