ORDER 
 
This matter comes before the Court on the Defendant's Motion to Amend 
International Travel Request (Doc. 55), filed on April 24, 2026. In the motion, 
Defendant seeks permission to travel to Vancouver, Canada, from June 14, 2026 to 
June 25, 2026, to go on a cruise to Alaska. Having considered the motion, the Court 
will grant the motion to amend travel as outlined below. Accordingly, it is now, 
ORDERED: 
1. 
The Defendant's Motion to Amend International Travel Request (Doc. 
55) is GRANTED. 
2. 
The Defendant is permitted to travel to Vancouver, Canada, from June 
14, 2026 to June 25, 2026, and to go on a cruise to Alaska during this 
time.  
3. 
The exact dates of travel and the Defendant’s itinerary must be provided 
to and approved by the Defendant’s Probation Officer prior to the 
Defendant’s departure.

4. 
The Defendant must follow all instructions of the Probation Officer 
before, during, and after the travel to Vancouver, Canada.

The Defendant must make regular telephonic contact with the Probation 
Officer, as directed by the Probation Officer, while outside of the Middle 
District of Florida, and follow the directions of the Probation Officer.
