ORDER 
 
This matter comes before the Court on Defendant's pro se letter motion to travel 
(Doc. 44), filed on July 25, 2025. In the motion, Defendant seeks the Court’s 
permission to travel to Basel Switzerland between September 25, 2025 and November 
25, 2025 for the birth of her grandson and also to travel to Canada between September 
6, 2025 and November 16, 2025 to visit her daughter and grandkids. The United States 
responded to Defendant’s pro se motion to travel on August 6, 2025 (Doc. 46) and does 
not oppose Defendant’s request to travel. Having considered the motion, the Court 
will grant the motion to travel as outlined below. Accordingly, it is now, 
ORDERED: 
1. 
Defendant’s pro se motion to travel (Doc. 44) is GRANTED. 
2. 
Defendant is permitted to travel to Basel Switzerland between September 
25, 2025 and November 25, 2025 for the birth of her grandson and to 
travel to Canada between September 6, 2025 and November 16, 2025 to 
visit her daughter and grandkids.

3. 
The exact dates of travel and Defendant’s itinerary while in Basel 
Switzerland and Canada must be provided to and approved by 
Defendant’s Probation Officer prior to Defendant’s departure.  
4. 
Defendant must follow all instructions of the Probation Officer before, 
during, and after the travel to Basel Switzerland and Canada.  
5. 
Defendant must make regular telephonic contact with the Probation 
Officer, as directed by the Probation Officer, while outside of the Middle 
District of Florida and follow the directions of the Probation Officer.
