Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Administrative Motion to Continue Case Management 
Conference.  The Court has considered the papers and, good cause appearing, GRANTS the motion IN 
PART.  It is hereby ORDERED that: 
The Initial Case Management Conference set for August 5, 2020 is hereby vacated, and shall 
be reset for the first available date no less than 14 days after the Court’s resolution of Defendant’s 
response to the forthcoming Amended Complaint. 
The parties’ deadline to file their Rule 26(f) Report, complete initial disclosures or state 
objection in Rule 26(f) Report and file Case Management Statement per Standing Order re Contents of 
Joint Case Management Statement, currently set for July 29, 2020, is hereby vacated and shall be 
continued to seven days before the Initial Case Management Conference.
