CMC - MASTER DOCKET NO. 4:20-CV-03056-DMR 
 
Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Administrative Motion to Continue Case Management 
Conference.  The Court has considered the papers and, good cause appearing, GRANTS the motion.  
It is hereby ORDERED that: 
The Initial Case Management Conference set for October 7, 2020 is hereby vacated, and shall 
be reset for the first available date no less than twenty-one days after the Court’s resolution of 
Defendant’s response to the forthcoming Amended Complaint. 
The parties’ deadline to file Rule 26(f) Report, complete initial disclosures or state objection 
in Rule 26(f) Report and file Case Management Statement per Standing Order re Contents of Joint 
Case Management Statement, is hereby vacated and shall be continued to seven days before the 
Initial Case Management Conference. 
IT IS SO ORDERED.
