To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to serve witness as a personal letter of character reference for Jessica
Nutter. | have known Mrs, Nutter for approximately 14 years. In that time, | have found her to

be hardworking, kind and reliable.

Mrs. Nutter is a true public servant. She has a heart for individuals with disabilities. She
serves with the On Purpose Program in St. Albans, WV as the assistant director. The goals she
strives for is to promote inclusion for special needs adults within the community of St, Albans.
She organizes walking programs, craft nights, book clubs and parade participation; along with

many other events.

Additionally, she works with the Kiwanis in St. Albans, WV. She strives to help Kiwanis
work with local public school children to encourage and develop better communications with
one another, and the community, and by helping the students realize they are the hope for a
stronger tomorrow. With Kiwanis help, Mrs. Nutter has been able to work in charitable
endeavors to arrange for a public school to have a washer and dryer to wash clothes for needy
families and for helping to build an all-inclusive playground for the community school children

residing in Ordinance Park.

In her professional career, Mrs. Nutter serves the Kanawha County School special needs
children as a bus aide. These special needs children depend on Mrs. Nutter to buckle them in

to safety, disability car seats, seat belts, and also properly securing their wheel chairs. This

position is a specialized one, requiring special training, and is a position that is difficult to find

workers for. Mrs. Nutter can be considered an essential worker.

In her personal life, she is a loving wife, a mother of twa children, and a very active,
supportive aunt to her 2 nephews. She also helps emotionally support for aging mother.
Additionally, she is a vital support system to a family who only trusts her to babysit for their

special needs son when they have to do errands on the weekends.

As | hope you can ascertain from this letter that Mrs. Nutter is a caring, active member
of the St. Albans community. It is my sincere hope you will agree with this statement in your

decision making process.

To whom it may concern,

| am writing to provide a character reference for Jessica Nutter, who is my wife,
and | have known for 20 years. | am aware of the charges brought against her and
the upcoming court proceedings, and | believe it is important to share my
perspective on her character and conduct.

| have had the privilege of witnessing Jessica demonstrate unwavering integrity,
compassion, and responsibility throughout our years together. Jessica has
consistently shown respect for others, treating individuals from all walks of life
with dignity and kindness. Jessica is always willing to go the extra mile to help
people in need.

Jessica is a mother of 2 children, and she has done an outstanding job raising
them. Jessica is always busy doing things with our children. She is currently
helping our daughter plan her wedding. Also helping our son with his schoolwork
which he is doing good with. Jessica is known to drop anything she is doing for the
kids.

Jessica is well involved in our community, she is over the Saint Albans On Purpose.
Which is a program for the special needs citizens in the Saint Albans area. She
plans events and activities to help keep them doing things throughout the city.
She has been a part of this organization for the last three years. She is also a
member of the Saint Albans Kiwanis Club, has been a member of this organization
for the last year. They raise money for children in the community. They have
recently raised enough money to replace some of the broken playground
equipment at one of the local parks in our city.

| kindly request the court’s consideration of Jessica Nutter’s overall character and
previous contributions to society. | am confident that she will continue to
positively contribute to the community. | firmly believe that Jessica deserves an
opportunity to repay the money and be given a second chance.
