UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF WEST VIRGINIA AT CHARLESTON UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 2:24-00081 JESSICA NUTTER O R D E R In light of the defendant’s Motion to Continue the Plea Hearing, filed July 9, 2024, by John A. Carr, counsel for the defendant, wherein the defendant states that due to an administrative miscommunication, defendant and counsel were unaware the Information had been filed and the plea hearing had been scheduled, and further, the defendant is currently out of state and unavailable for the hearing; it is ORDERED that the motion be, and it hereby is, granted and the plea hearing scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on July 9, 2024, is hereby cancelled. The hearing will be rescheduled at a later date and time. The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this order to the defendant, all counsel of record, the United States Probation Department, and the United States Marshal.
