CRIMINAL NO. 2:24-cr-00081 JESSICA NUTTER RESPONSE TO DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO CONTINUE Comes now the United States of America, by J. Parker Bazzle, II, Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia, and respectfully submits this response to the defendant's motion to continue sentencing in connection with the above-captioned matter. 1. On July 9, 2024, the defendant filed a motion to continue the plea hearing set for July 9, 2024, at 1 :30 p.m. ECF 6.
