UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF WEST VIRGINIA AT CHARLESTON UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 2:24-00081 JESSICA NUTTER O R D E R The court, having been notified that defendant’s counsel has had a medical emergency this morning, it is ORDERED that plea hearing scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on this date, be, and it hereby is, cancelled. The court will reschedule the hearing at a later date and time after hearing from counsel. The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this order to the defendant, all counsel of record, the United States Probation Department, and the United States Marshal.
