Stefan Segadlo 1627 SW 37th Ave Apt. 705 Miami, FL 33145 April 5, 2021 To The Honorable Judge Cooke, I am writing on behalf of David T. Hines. I met David two years ago, when I got together with his mother, Jennifer Lewis, and have shared many moments with him throughout this time. I have come to know a caring and compassionate son, husband and stepfather. As the outstanding man he is, this whole situation came quite unexpected. I believe David has every intention to not only improving but repaying his debt to society, learning from his shortcomings. Regardless of the challenge he will face, I have every confidence that David will make better decisions in the future. I have no doubt that David will make the most out of this and will go on to, once again, being an upstanding member of society and successful at his endeavors. David has thus far shown a steadfast and resolute attitude towards self-improvement. It is my hope this letter regarding David Hines and his case will act as a positive and contributing factor when The Court considers this matter.
