This matter comes before the Court on the United States’ Unopposed Motion to Amend 
Judgment and Cancel Restitution Hearing.  Having reviewed the motion, and for good cause 
shown, it is hereby:  
ORDERED AND ADJUGED that the judgment of the defendant shall be amended to 
include restitution in the amount of $4,809,307.00 to be paid to the victims as set forth in the 
government’s motion.     
ORDERED AND ADJUGED that the restitution hearing scheduled for July 14, 2021 is 
canceled.
