ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR SENTENCE REDUCTION 
PURSUANT TO 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) AND AMENDMENT 821 
This cause is before the Court upon the Defendant's Unopposed Motion for 
Sentence Reduction pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) and Amendment 821 to the 
Sentencing Guidelines, D.E. [71], (the "Motion"). Upon consideration of the 
Defendant's Motion and the United States' agreement to relief under the particular 
facts and circumstances of this case and taking into account the policy statement 
set forth at U.S.S.G. § 1B1.10 and the sentencing factors set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 
3553(a), the Defendant's Motion is GRANTED. 
Originally, the 78-month sentence imposed upon Mr. Hines was based upon 
a total offense level 26 with a criminal history category III based on five criminal 
history points. The five criminal history points included two points for being under 
a criminal justice sentence at the time of the commission of the offense pursuant 
to § 4Al. l(d). Now, pursuant to Amendment 821 to the Sentencing Guidelines, 
the two criminal history points for being under a criminal justice sentence have 
been removed. Accordingly, the Defendant's criminal history category is reduced

to II based on three criminal history points and his sentence is reduced to a term 
of 70 months' imprisonment. This Order is effective as of February 1, 2024. All 
other terms of the judgment in this case shall remain unchanged.
