Re: United States vs David Tyler Hines
Dear Judge Cooke:
I am writing this letter on behalf of David Tyler Hines regarding the above-referenced matter.
I am David's grandmother. I have obviously known him all his life and I am so blessed to have
him as my grandson, and I am so proud of the young man he has become.
David was raised in a Christian home with Christian influences from his entire family, including of
course, his mother, his Great Grandmother, his uncle, Paul Lewis, his aunt, Lisa Arango and myself. David
has always tried to be respectful and mindful of being a good person and doing the right thing. David is
very close to his family and has always demonstrated love and loyality to all of us, especially being a loving
supporting husband to his wife, Georgette, and a devoted father to his step-son, Patrick.
David has a very tender heart and has expressed his sorrow and remorse for his actions and his
responsibility in this matter set before Your Honor. I know that through his strong faith and the full
support of his family and loved ones, he will find the strength and courage to accept the consequences of
this matter.
