Heath Gauthier, through his attorney, Dorothy E. Graham, respectfully requests that this 
Court grant permission for the parties to file their stipulated schedule on March 31, 2023.  
 
The Court ordered the parties to file their stipulated schedule by March 23, 2023.  
Counsel’s attention has been focused on working towards Mr. Gauthier’s release.  He is 
scheduled for a bail hearing on March 24, 2023.  Counsel requests an extension of one week to 
properly review the discovery and assess the appropriate scheduling for this case.  
 
The government, through AUSA Matthew Hunter, assents.  
Mr. Gauthier respectfully requests the Court to:  
a)  
Grant this motion; 
b) 
Grant such other and further relief as may be just.
